I love raspberries and have made sauces with them to go over ice cream or pound cake.Mixed them in with a basic muffin mix and also made raspberry scones: very yummy but they turn out a rather pretty purple shade. Whatever you decide I'd sweeten them a little becuase they have a tart taste otherwise. The only limit to using them is your imagination, why not google raspberry recipes? You could also mix them with plain yogurt, or use them to give plain rice pudding some interesting flavour as well.

You can make pies; mix them with Jello and nuts and whipped cream then freeze the whole thing for a wonderful desert; make a yellow upside down cake - grease pan, put raspberries in (use the juice in the cake batter), add brown sugar and butter, pour yellow cake over all, bake according to instructions, when done (while still hot) turn the pan over onto a large platter (Place platter over pan while holding both - flip quickly so that the cake is turned upside-down onto the platter). Viola' a raspberry upside down cake.
You can make muffins.
Use your imagination, there are all kinds of things to do with many fruits.
