Doctor gives us the special diet but forgot to mention what can we spread on a toasted bread

eat fibrous materials like oats.i recommend you to have baggry's white oats.do not have non vegetarian.follow veganism.before selecting the best answer please follow and see. no sweets ,snacks ,fast foods,junkfoods and biscuits.

Have you tried the spreads with plant extracts that are designed to reduce cholesterol? Benecol is available in supermarkets fairly widely now or I believe Flora do one too. Benecol also do yogurts containing the same plant extracts.

Try "I can't believe it's not butter SPRAY". Taste's delicious and no fat, calories, etc. Or, if she really wants a "spread", then these types of butter is suppose to be better for you..

a toasted beard can be spread with thyme.. and some green tea... it tastes gr88
