There is no such thing as toning one part of your body.People often make this mistake.How toned you look depends on the amount of body fat.To look more toned overall you should do more fat-burning exercises (cardio-or HIIT).I think you should jog about three times a week (25-40min) to lose fat and get your legs strong.

Skipping is a good exercise for the legs,So is running and swimming,Or use a small trampoline(trampett) Or use a aerobic step to tone up the legs..

Pretty much anything that deals with lower body. Squats, leg press, and variations will add a little muscle to make your legs nice and firm, then you can do cardio such as running or biking to burn fat.
