I'm sorry you're having such a hard time right now. I know it can be really hard at your age. There are so many things that you want to do and you're dying to get out there and experiance life. Problem is, people think you're too young. I know that it seems like your parents don't trust you, but honestly, it's the other people out there that they don't trust. They are worried that something will happen to you.
Also, keep this in mind ~ if you want someone to trust you, you've got to give them a reason to. Show them how trustworthy you are.

Try 'talking with them' frequently, and 'sharing' everything about you, and 'asking for guidance' ... You are 'only' 14, and they are 'grown-up' and whether you think it or not, they 'know' a lot more than you do. Then, when they tell you to 'do' or 'not do' something, DO AS THEY TELL YOU even if you really want to 'argue with them about it' ... and then when you do 'speak about it again' you may speak about it in a 'low volume' voice, in reasonable sentences, and 'present your case' as 'fully and completely' as possible ... even telling them a 'list' of the 'things that could go wrong' and the possible 'consequences to you' if they do. It will take TIME, but your parents will eventually start to 'trust you more' ... and you'll be 'learning what being a grown up is really like' at the same time.

Do things without asking like chores. Saying thank you and you're welcome without asking. Doing homework without being asked. Watch tv, etc when done. Be responsible!! Charge their phone for them...and yours. Always have your phone handy. Act like you should--and don't slack off. Don't lip them or fight with them. Let them win every fight, I suppose.
Good luck on whatever you're trying to get out of your poor parents. lol....
