its a light hanging over the road.... it has 3 circles on it, if the light (circle) is red, the car has to stop.... if the light (circle) is green the car can keep driving and it the light (circle) is yellow its a signal that the light is changing red in a moment so get ready to stop.... but when most people see yellowe they hit the gas a race it
