I thought it was a cool movie... not much historical stuff but it does make people think, does it not?

I had many similar theories before i read the book
and having a friend who studied the knights Templar gave me a need to research more anyway
i enjoyed the book and it gave me more to consider along with my original thoughts

I have been to Rosslyn and it is an amazing place ... and such a strange feeling there
and to see all those markings on the walls etc very interesting

I read the book 3 times and thought it was a great adventure story. The only way it affected my thinking about Christianity was to confirm my belief that Jesus was probably married. Otherwise, the hype struck me as just another way Christians blindly follow whatever authority voices tell them and don't bother to discover for themselves. By the way, I am a committed Christian who believes critical thinking is our birthright and sacred responsibility.

It's just a movie. That's like asking if Star Wars changed your thoughts regarding androids.

I thought it was pretty stupid... It had no historical reliability, and as for it making me re-think my Christianity, no way! Something that is so bad in historical facts, is even worse in its total hatred towards Catholicism(and I'm no Catholic, I'm Protestant).

No because it has nothing to do with real Christianity Jesus is both the son of God and God as well as a man. That means he did not marry the whore and have a kid with her or any other women.

Even though it was fiction, it probably helped in the fact that the author wasn't struck by lightening, plagued by locust or any other
biblical death threat. Hopefully it opened a lot of peoples minds as to the lies and cover ups that are actually happening in the church. ( not fiction ).

It made me think that Tom Hanks is a loser. I never did like that guy. It did not change my opinion of religion. I would never take anything from a fiction movie seriously without doing my own research.

I did not see the movie, because the book was so badly written.

No. Not a fiction book, movie or picture will hinder my faith in my religion.
Although I liked the book much more than the movie.
