C'mon, dogs are dogs, and they bark :-) It seems that your dog has a very strong guarding/protection instinct and she takes the task of warning and calling the pack together very seriously. It may be that she perceives the open door as a dangerous situation and she decided to guard it. This is not at all uncommon, the late GSD of my parents would behave exactly the same way when they left the door open. Just for a fast relief: maybe investing in a doggie-door would help? The first dog would have an option to go out and the barking one wouldn't most probably mind. As a short term solution, wearing a muzzle (lightweight, breathable one can limit the barking. Then, you will need to have a closer look at barking behaviors of the second dog. How is she behaving? Is she concerned? Aggressive? Fearful? Without understanding what causes her to behave like that everything you may try are just quick fixes - which, as you have already seen may or may not work. A good start os to understand your dog's body language better, there is a wonderful book by Turid Rudgass "On talking terms with dogs" - I highly recommend it. Then there is a nice watchdog behavior explanation in Stanley Coren's "Intelligence of dogs". Dr. Ian Dunbar has a section on correcting barking behaviors with positive methods in his book "How to teach a new dog old tricks" Why these books? Because for me (and many others I shared my knowledge with) they proved to provide much sounder advice that these bunches of Cesar Milan's clones wannabe dog "trainers". It'd be also interesting why the first dog pees inside: are there some health issues or the potty training is incompete? I know, I've written a lot, but I believe there may not necessary be a quick fix to your problem.

I know how you must feel, a puppy barking all of the time is very annoying sometimes.!!!
A good way that I learned from a dog trainer is to:
If your puppy or dog is barking, tell them to be quiet and do not pick them up, or make any contact with them when they do that. If they continue to bark, put there leash on them, and in a firm, not too loud or mean, voice, put there leash on a doornob and leave them there for a couple of minutes as a 'time out for dogs'... While they are there, do not talk to them or look at them. after a minute or two, if they are quiet, start walking toward them... If they start to bark again as you are walking near them, stay where you are, but turn your back to them... When they get quiet again, turn back towards them and if they are quiet, take them of of the doornob. If you are crate training a puppy or a dog, do not use the crate as a punishment. They should think of it like their den, where they can relax.

when a dog barks he wants to get attention, just don´t give it to him! ignore him whenever he starts barking and if that´s not enough let him feel you don´t like that by talking to him in an annoyed voice. Try not to shout at first!

Spray cold water on them.
Holler at them to stop.
Beat'em with a stick.
Shock collar.
Choke collar.
However remember your dogie will remember what happens and will have a new attitude towards things. If you beat the dog with a stick it may not make up to you as in the past. Same with the Choke collar. The shock collar or squirting water may be the most effective.
