She's 8 weeks old, and 15lbs (NONE of it is fat. You can feel her ribs, etc. She's the size of our cat. O_o) If you want some help, she's half boxer-half rottie. I know that they're both fairly large breeds, but I was wondering if anyone had a size chart / estimate by how big a puppy is at a certain age to determine size later in life?
My Great Uncle's St.Bernard that he got is 11lbs at 8 weeks. Is this an indication that my mutt will be bigger than his? They're the same sex, female...

The best gauge of size on a dog has always been the size of her paws. If they look relatively large then she will be a medium to larger sized dog. If they are smaller, slimmer paws then she will be a medium to smaller sized dog.
The breed is something else to keep in mind. It sounds like yours is going to be a medium sized dog when full grown - probably about 60-80 lbs.
I have a collie/german shepherd mix female. Both are large breeds, she turned out to be a medium dog - about 56 lbs.

It depends on the breed. Some breeds like Great Danes paw size can be an indication but mostly you can tell how much growing a dog has left to do by their growth plates. These are raised lumps on the dogs front legs (at the wrists) once the growth plate his dissappeared the dog has finished growing (in height anyway) Smaller breeds, paw size doesn'tdetermin anything, they don't have as obvious growth plates either so that is where looking at the parents and the dogs pedigree helps.

Well, there is no way to no for sure, but since those are to fairly large breeds, and yout puppy is already 15 pounds at eight weeks, she will probably be a pretty big dog! All dogs grow at different rates, so you can not be sure if your dog will be bigger than your uncles, but it is pretty likely!
Ask your vet. They might now, or at least be able to give an estimate, based on your puppy ight now. Good luck, and enjoy!!!

Look at the size of her paws if her paws are big that usually means that she will be big.
Well your dog might not be feeding her they right amount of food that is not very healthy if you can feel her rida that is not very good well your dog might just be a little bigger thqn your uncle dog but not too much bigger

If you know who the father and the mother were then you can judge off of them. Also you should judge their paws. If they have larger paws they'll be a pretty big dog.

look at the size of her paws...big paws as a puppy usually indicate a big dog

I'd say that you are gonna have a large dog, sometimes you can tell by their feet, if they have big feet they will grow into them, lol.
