ok me and my guy have liked each other forever and we started to go out 2 weeks ago ik its not long at all but when i call him to hang out he hangs with me for like and hour or he says we will hang and then we end up not and im afraid he dosnt want to be around me and he seems like he justs wants to be left alone and i dont no if its me or if he is just like that and i dont no what to do help

A cruel person has no merciful heart. he does not hang with you, he does not like, love..etc. with you. so he is some what cruel about and only for you. in this world every human want to spend life on their own way. when a person like you hangs for another human so he definitely hangs up and start decreasing his activities about his own life. just taking care about others life into account.
I suggest you be diversified and choose the option of " variety". it means keep many and many boyfriends in your life. i am not giving you this suggestion I have tried and experience this option for my self. you will be happy and he will be jealous. thanks.

Confront the guy. Or play hard to get, try looking interested in another guy. Show him that your worlds doesn't just turn around him. If nothing happens then he is not that into you.
