when I was 15, I babysat and I charged $5 an hour for one child and $4 an hour per each subsequent child. but that was 9 years ago, so you could probably get away with charging a bit more. Also, it depends on the city you live in. for instance, I live in Naples, FL one of the wealthiest cities in America (heh, not that Im wealthy, but we just live here in a small apartment) I could charge more here than I could another city because I know the money here is higher. What i would suggest is to look at the newspaper or something or ask around at school and find out what other teens in your area are charging. hope that helped!

If you want to be a popular baby sitter. $8/hr is a good rate. There are some teens that charge $10/hr. But our babysitter is great, and she only asks for $8/hr. So she is the first on our list to call. Hope that helped.

umm i would say anywhere from $5 to $7 dollars an hour...but i donno..if the kids are really hard to babysit then i would suggest goin higher...
