You haven't really given a specific detailed description of what happens but i'll tell you this; the only way to find out is to take your concerns to a doctor. No one on the internet knows your medical history or can examine you so there is truly no way to give a definite answer. Always seek medical advice and don't take advice online seriously as it's not always correct (especially with health questions which can really affect your health if you do). Book an appointment with your doctor or if you feel you really can't wait take a trip down to your local ER department.

You're probably experiencing a problem with dry air- which is drying out the mucus membranes in your nose. And that causes the pain and bleeding. Drink water, drink hot drinks (for the steam), and use a humidifier.
Good luck!

Try a saline nasal spray. Dry air during winter can cause dry nasal passages, resulting in nose bleeds.

the nose easily bleeds because of the rich anastomoses of blood vessels inside of it which are quite fragile and sensitive to trauma..i think this is what u are asking for

Is the air around you dry? Dry air often causes our mucosa to dry out, which will cause pain/discomfort and can very easily give you nosebleeds.
