I am a 22 year old male who 5 11' in height. My body is nicely toned.
I weight 10 stone. Is that underweight or just right?

Use an online BMI Calculator. Just google for one. I don't know the conversion rate for stone -> kg -> pounds but i'm sure you can find one. Generally online BMI calculators accompany the underweight -> healthy -> obese index so you can tell if you are underweight or what not and then take it from there.

So, you are 140 pounds, I would say you are just about right, maybe a little underweight.
