well there is this guy hes a good friend of mine he knows i like him and i give him hints about it all the time, And well last night i found out he has a girlfriend :( and he promised me he would come over monday but then he realized he has something to do :( and the only day he can is thursday so now i dont get to see him. i just wish i could get him to under stand how i feel is there anyway i can have him make it up to me? or like how do i tell him i like him but like with out him making me upset?

Don't take this too harshly but back off until he breaks up with his girlfriend. You don't want people to think that you're slutty for trying to date a guy that already has a girl! He shouldn't be promising you that he would come over if he already has a girlfriend. I know it's hard to wait when you have feelings for someone but trust me, it's the best thing to do. If he likes you too, he'll be yours within a small amount of time because he will break up with his girlfriend. It's a test to see if he likes you too and it's the best way to play your options.

He has a girl I think it is time for a different lover ,he tells you that what a jerk i wouldn't hang out with him if he says he is gonna have sex with her never talk to him again make him jealous but just don't grab a guy and make him jealous find a guy that treats you right when you got that guy make him jealous

He has a girlfriend so let him be. If they happen to break up then you can move your way in... but don't be the reason that they break up! You don't want to be a home-wrecker! You wouldn't want someone stealing your man away!
