I know that I'm not the prettiest girl in the school, but I know for a fact that I'm not ugly. I have red, curly/wavy hair my face is fairly clear of zits, and my eyes are a beautiful hazel color. I'm not fat but I'm not skinny either. I do wear makeup, so i don't look sloppy, and my style is normal. I have a habit for talking a lot, or talking too fast, but at least i'm not shy. I'm smart, I do sports and music, in fact i'm really well rounded. I have a bunch of friends, so i'm not anti-social.
Here's the issue. As you can see from above, i'm not the "undateable" kind of person, yet, only like 3 people have ever liked me and only 1 has asked me out. The boys in my school aren't too immature to ask me out, because they have had girlfriends before. Do I just have the kind of personality that everyone wants to be friends with, but doesn't want to go out? And if so, how do i change that? I don't want to be the only girl left in school without a boyfriend by the end of the year.

Nothing is wrong with you. Just be confident in who you are and remember that you don't need a boyfriend to be happy. I never dated in high school and think I had a much better experience because of it. There is someone out there for you....don't you worry :)

Your young..it will happen. Your school only has what 200 or 300 hundred guys right. Sounds like a lot, but it's not compared to all the guys on the planet.
Try hanging out anywhere there are guys. Get out of the house and meet people.
Your friendly, that's good...plenty of guys like friendly girls. Just remember to be sexy and girly too.

You just need to get your little flirt on! You sound like a cute girl, very likable! Next time you see a hottie don't jump right into a conversation instead play a little hard to get (don't talk too much) and flash him a sexy little smile before walking away. oh honey, u seem like a very pretty girl with a good head on her shoulders!! Dont feel that you need to have a boyfriend, because you dont want to be the only one without one.. a boyfriend is not an accessory, he is someone you should be having fun with and enjoying your time with.. if you do find one, maybe it would be a good idea for you to ask him out.. guys can be weary of intelligent girls and you do seem like one.. good luck

im pretty cool myself, but i only had 2 girlfriends in my life, but since the last one, im just not interested in dating anymore

dont change yourself, you are who you are, and thats perfect. maybe people dont realize what a great person you are..start talking to guys and letting them know that you are, date material. i agree with the comment below...bf's and gf's dont matter. do YOU first, and one day, someone will come to you.

it might not be that someone doesnt want to ask you out...the boys at your school might be intimadated by you and feel that they arent at your level ....just giv them time...theres probably that special someone out there just waiting for the right time...
