I'm having the same problem as you too. I think you need to ask yourself this question, are you starting to have a crush on your co-worker? or it is really harmless flirting? If it is really just harmless flirting, why does it leads you to even ask this question? I'm not trying to judge, but I am in the same situation. If you are infatuated with this man, I think you need to slow things down a bit and not send him the wrong signals. It could lead into very dangerous grounds if he read your signals wrongly and try to make a move on you.

Yes, flirting is not innocent and it is not without sexual undertones. You are married and should honor your vows. The way you describe this guy ("hot" etc) tells me you are walking close to the edge of the precipice. Looks lead to thoughts, thoughts lead to action, and action leads to disaster. What's worse, if you do fall you can absolutely count on this guy blowing you off and counting you as another notch on his dick stick.

Flirting is not "innocent" when you're married. Would you feel comfortable with your husband flirting, with a "very hot, charming woman"......Probably not.

Well, you said this man is hot, so I would assume that means you have feelings for him. That being said, I would be careful...if he starts being all you think about, even more than your husband, I would start avoiding him. You do have a husband, not just a boyfriend, after all, and you've made a lifelong commitment to this man...just remember that, and be careful.

I don't think there's any thing wrong with innocent flirting, just as long as it stays ''innocent''. Respectfully, you did tell him that you were married and that was an honest thing to do.

As long as the flirting "stays innocent."
To be honest, if i were your husband i would be quite...pissed. It's a man-thing - jealousy etc.
