I grew up in Philippines and i am here now in Denmark for a month. I found it abnormal but during this winter season or something like 2 deg. Celsius ambient temperature, my nipples feel a small sharp pain. What could this be?

Them nips are cold!
Your skin could also be dry, and the erect nipples are scratching on your shirt. I remember that sensation from when I was still a little kid.
Try some moisturizer, and a softer shirt. Also dress in layers so you will stay warm.
Good Luck!

the gnomes tht live in ur babilons r gettin pissed off. theyr tryin 2 light a fire so little terrence doesnt get cold and then u go and get in the cold so that the fire blows out. theyr bitin ur nipples from inside so i suggest u wear boob warmers, u can get em in most woolworths or primarks. gd luck. remember 2 tell the gnomes off 4 causin u troubles.

You can use lip balm to sooth it out. when you put something on your lips do the same to your nipples. its your skins' reaction to the cold temperature. its normal

You could have low testosterone levels. If you have blood work done, your doctor can tell you if you'll need to be on hormone treatment therapy.
