Me and my boyfriend have been haveing some problems lately. He is perfect and i love him more than anything but im just unsure of what i want. I know i want to spend the rest of my life with him but i got a while befor that and i wonna have some fun before then. I dont wonna hurt him and just mentioning us taking a break makes him upset. We talk about this often but im just confused.

My boyfriend and I are the same way. As a matter of fact, we had a fight about this last night.
We have taken breaks and always, it was only him I wanted to be with.
If you truly love him, you would break up, only to get back together.
I want to spend the rest of my life with him. He even asked me to marry him. And I honestly can't see myself without him.

Don't worry about the confusion. It's natural for any young person, especially ones that are in relationships like yours.

If you want to have fun, find new and creative ways to go about your days with him. If he says hi to you, reply with a smile 'Hello stranger' Find something, some little (g-rated) thing, that makes you both smile and only you two can share.

I was in the same situtaion years ago...before I married my bf.... heres what you do, dont mention a break, but instead just take a break without saying so. as in, call him a little less, if he calls you then pick up, and talk with love and be normal, but you def. lessen the calls...start going back out with the girlfriends, want to go clubbing? go! you dont have to be all crazy, but you can have fun with your girlfriends.... the thing is, when i thought i had wanted a break from my bf of 2 yrs, i thought i was missing out one someone else or something else....when all a long, that whole time, i was searching for the one thing ive always had...
dont ruine the possibilty of having a great future together...but its ok to have ur own little free time and space...and encourage him to hang out with his friends and have some alone time for each of you...even married couples need that, so it shouldnt be a problem with two ppl dating...trust me...good luck hun! :)

If you don't experience things now, you'll always have that question in the back of your mind. That alone will make the relationship ten times harder. I think you've already made up your mind, you just don't know how to finalize it to him. If I were him I would be hurting too. But this point of view i think your being very mature about it. Remember...it's the rest of your life not anbody else's.

Just tell him that you guys need to take a brake so that u can find more material to give your realtionship some more perk!!
afterwards you can get back together and since u both have had all the fun u want..you can soend the rest of ur life together!

Take a break... if you aren't sure you want a relationship right now it is okay. Follow what your heart says because you don't want to regret it later.

sorry , maybe I'm too stupid for it , but if you loves him how can you think about some fun without him?
hey gal , he'll find someone else then!
but you mustn't be a martyr , If you feel yourself unsure with him then just do what you want!
here's my advice - after some fun with your friends, you'll regret about break up with him!

If you love something, set it free. If it fails to return....

HUNT IT DOWN AND KILL IT.
