I have the get ripped types by Billy Blake and I have a dance routine from the grind MTV workout and also Victoria Johnson, shape it up! I like to start out the week with one of the 30 min, types of billy,s on Monday, because he likes to target the middle section of the body, then on Wednesday i go to the grind dance workout type to kind of lengthen those muscles from Monday, on Friday i,ll pick up the weights with Victoria for a 45 min, work out, then on Sunday go back to the dance video, and i keep rotating so that i don't get too bulky, in any one area, so i say switch up your workouts so that they stay fun and you don't get bored with just one workout type! good luck and be creative!

The human body adapts to workload. Periodization is the keyword you need to google. You need to vary not only specific weight routines, but forms of exercise. Choose a day a week as your rest day, but cross train on the days you aren't lifting. Swim, run, bike, ski, basket ball, soccer/indoor soccer, volleyball, what ever local leagues you can work up a good sweat for an hour or more. (and not just drink beer and get fat) Find something to do each day. More specific plans can be found online or from a trainer or bookstore, for whatever specific goal you are attempting to achieve. But in general, you need to change up what you do as a workout, or your body will quickly adapt, and you will hit a plateau where you won't get stronger/faster/lose weight/gain weight/ or whatever it is you are working toward.

I don't think there should be a routine at all - - say if you workout everyday(well 5 days anyway) everyday should include cardio, and one day, as well as other parts of the body - just focus on the arms - next day - workout whole body, but focus on stomach -etc.
good luck!
hope this helps - i just started working out myself and that was what i was told...........

That would depend on what you want to accomplish. It seems to me if you do only one thing every day, you may neglect other parts of the body. For more on exercise and routines, check this information to see if it will help answer your question better.
