Aramaic is an early "flavor" of Hebrew. There are still Hebrew speakers today who could understand some Aramaic and translate it.

Jesus spoke, read and wrote fluently in three languages, possibly more, there is evidences in the Scriptures of it but of the three he did where Hebrew, Koinonia Greek, and Aramaic. Being in culture where these three languages were the main influential cultures that were in Jerusalem.

But about how - the Bible is translanted from the Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic texts into the language of todays english!

Their are many people in America speaks Aramaic I'm one of them,all Chaldean,Assyrian speaks Aramaic.

jesus spoke more than aramaic although that was the primary language. besides he had witnesses that recorded his life in the bible. all that was done is you take the original and then translate it into english.
