hi people..........
well, as a girl i have an athletic physic but i think my thighs are huge. though some people comment that as sexy, i wanna reduce it a bit.any special exercise i can do except jogging and hiking???

Jogging and hiking will definitely not give you smaller thighs.
These exercises build muscle mass faster hence make thighs bigger.

Yoga, brisk walking or any type of low impact stretching exercises on the thigh area will reduce size of thighs more than hiking and jogging.

try sitting down against something and only lift ur legs of the floor. don't help them with ur hands. lift them together(both legs at the same time) up slowly down slowly. it will hurt but ur thighs will be stronger and shapier.

Yoga/pilates..elongates the muscles.

Squats REALLY help. they tone your muscles. and if you rmuscles fell REALLY SORE, rhen just do MORE of them , and it wil ease the pain!sound weirrd right
