Im trying to help my best friend get a boyfriend. She likes this boy but he is really quiet and DOESENT talk much. (only a couple of words a day)My bestfriend REALLY really likes him and NEVER shuts up about him when i talk to her. (which can get very annoying sometimes) So anyway she needs some flirting tips because i dont have a boyfriend and i dont know anything about love.

Just the way you look at him will help. Tell her to say hi in a sexy way to him. It sounds like you girls are way too young to be thinking about boys. Keep you mind on your studies. Boys like smart girls. You could ask him to help you with some of your home work that you don't understand. Use any excuse to talk with him. Ask him what the assignment was for the class you both are in. Just talk with him will show him that you are interested in him.

Look at what he's waring for clothes. Specifically his shirt. it could be anything, but for example. If he's got a University Of North Carolina shirt on, than ask him if he knows anybody that goes there because you do. Or tell him your doing a survey on people than start asking him stupid little questions. Stuff like that. That should at least get you aquianted

If they have a class try to get a group study going with you guys and one of you guys should, ask if he knows what your doing in the class and see if he wants to join you guys in the group study, so that way they are around each other then try to encourage her to talk to him about anything she can easily talk about.

well tell her that she should just start talking with simple questions....like "have you seen the movie____? i love that movie..." something like that or if in one of her classes tell her to ask him for help...play dumb like you dont know math..or something else!!
