The Catholic Church doesn't believe it's above the Bible. Above answer gave Bible verses that show tradition has place along with Scripture. The Church carries the traditions.

The Church of Christ is true Christians who follow ONLY God's word, and uses ONLY God's word as the authority to do anything.
ANy so called church that believes it is above GOD and Jesus is not a TRUE Church!

You can't question the Church and it's doctrine because they've been deceived by the Evil One through the ages. Run, run from them. They practice the traditions of men and the truth is not in them. When the day comes, they will be judged for their iniquities. Seek a TRUE church of God by persistence in devotion to prayer for the truth. Be patient, and God will answer your prayer in His own time.
