My two year old is doing good on potty training, but won't go if he wears pants or anything else. what do I do

He's been doing good for months. With the cold weather and want him to wear pants, but he won't use the bathroom with them on.

He will go on his own and when he is ready. It may be that even wearing pants is not the issue but you are looking for a reason? My son was difficult to train, I tried everything! Cheerios in the toilet, a potty reward chart with stickers, songs and even the naked thing. But, when it came down to it, he went when he was ready and after that first time I never had a problem! Good luck, don't give up hope! All kids are different but your son will soon be potty trained. It sounds like you have a lot of patience so you have all that you need!

I know when it's cold you want to them dressed, but my daughter is the same way, so I let her run around in a shirt and underwear. She'll go to the bathroom herself. Try that it may work.

throw the diapers out and let him go on hiself. I know its gross but he will learn that way. same thing with over night. cut the liquids out after like 7. Wow your training your 2 year old boy thats good. I trained my 2 year old girl but I heard boys are harder

When trainng my kids, we let them run around naked, it made it easier for the kids to run to the bathroom. Summer is best tiem for this thou.
