Ok, what is your favorite Fresh seafood, tilapia, cod,prawns, Etc...

Locally produced Scottish Mussels and ultra fresh Squid..

If squid is not fresh or overcooked by even 2 seconds it is shiat..

Add to that Linguistine (outside Scotland that's Crayfish, I think) and oysters from Loch Fyne.

Nothing finer.

Lobster and crab,just boiled, no sauce served cold to let the flavour through. King prawns fried or grilled with garlic butter, Mussels cooked with a tiny bit of water and salt and eaten straight from the pot whilst still warm or in an oven proof pot with garlic and butter and seasoned breadcrumbs and baked

Sole (with butter)
Prawns
Turbot

All gorgeous esp with a good white wine!

Not a seafood but smoked salmon has to be on my list.

I lived in the West of Ireland and it*s so good for seafood

How long have we got :oysters : squid: octopus's: lobster :crabs :prawns :winkles: cockles freshly picked from the sea cleaned and boiled. hot with bread and butter.Just about all sea food .

prawns, mussels, tuna, lobster, king fish, octopus, squids and the best for me is deep fried soft shell CRAB.

Diver caught scallops, lightly pan fried in butter and lemon juice and fresh herbs or wrapped with bacon and pan fried....scallops are hard to beat!

My favourite seafood is flavoured octopus. You can get it in Spain, Portugal, Italy etc..

lobster, crayfish, prawns, mussels, cockles, just about most fish and shellfish,

not whelks or eel though...never tried either they just look soooo minging!!!
