DO NOT touch it with your hands, they are probably dirty and oily and can potentially cause your zit to grow to a monstrous size. Try baking soda toothpaste on the zit, or an astringent from your local beauty store.

my dear. what you need to do is try and dry the pimple up as quickly as possible. Dab clearisil or any other reliable brand of pimple cream on the pimple, Make sure finger and face are washed clean before u do this though.
Personally, I use Hazeline Snow Cream. Only S$2-3 per bottle. Dab a generous amount on pimple before you sleep. It will help purge the pimple out a little faster than usual. Try not to squeeze the pimple too much if white head appears the next morning.
A little at a time and slowly cuz will leave scar if you exert too much force.
Lastly, if all else fails, you will have no choice but to pile on the concealer and foundation.
Good luck

TOMATO JUICE :
Normally, pimples and acne are associated with an oily skin. In case these occur on a dry skin then this is the ideal treatment. Take a few tomatoes and puree them. Freeze the puree into cubes (in an ice cube tray). Store these frozen tomato ice cubes in a bag or a container in the freezer. During the day, apply one cube each on either cheek, all the time rubbing gently. Repeat the treatment everyday. A very effective way of getting rid of pimples.

Noxzema Triple Clean pads prevent pimples and get rid of ones that you already have. Use them every day when you wake up and before you go to bed. An even better choice is Proactive, it gets rid of & prevents pimples VERY quickly. (the Triple Clean pads are the less expensive choice)

i put toothpaste on mine. when i notice that red bumb and its tender to touch. i pust on toothepast (not the gel, i use creast whiteneing..lol) before i go to sleep and it is less noticeable when i wake up. if it is near your nose and you dont want to be smeelling mint al night long you can also use a facial mask and put it on the area. but toothpaste it the best. i hear alot of peopel say it doesnt work but you need to catch it before it becomes a full blown mt. vesuvius! lol

as long as it's not cystic acne, you can use a Zeno. this little contraption, used at the first sign of a pimple, applies heat to kill the bacteria that causes it to fester.
