Drink a Boost or Ensure once a day. Also Health Food stores have some other drinks but they are more expensive.

I am older, but also very thin. I'm 5'9 and weigh 125 lbs.
Last spring I was soooo thin - 107lbs, and almost in a panic.
I'm amazed that in about 8 months, I've gained almost 20lbs.
In my case, I got rid of aggravation in my life! And, I went to a shrink, who put me on a nighttime medication- Remeron.
It does not have any bad side effects the next morning. One good side effect is, it causes some weight gain.
One thing I do with food - Whatever I DO eat, I try to add calories to it. Example: Instead of a glass of milk, I add Carnation Instant Breakfast to it. (I can't stand the healthfood protein drinks).
When I eat snacks, I add cream cheese or peanut butter to it.
I might just be that your youthful metabolism is burning off all the calories you eat. Time will help. By age 30, you'll probably have a slower metabolism. Meanwhile, make sure you are nourished, even if you stay thin.
Best to you.

If you want to gain weight or build bulk and muscle fast that lasts then get “muscle formula protein powder”, this stuff is awesome. Not only will you increase in size, its all natural products so there are no side effects and your weight will go up too. I have been using this for two years, I have put on 65 pounds (over 40 in the 1st year) I am now just under 200 and feeling great. Whether you work out or not this stuff will work for you. Its only available by mail order, I get mine from www.myhealthabcmall.com, go into the sports section and you can find it in there. They have some awesome energy drinks aswell. If you aren’t sure there is a link to email the nutrition coach and he will advise you (you will need a credit or debit card or someone who has one). This stuff also tastes great and now means I don’t get my *** kicked every week.

You should try to gain weight slowly, usually at the rate of a kg a month, to avoid adverse effects on the body. Have a lot of high protein foods. More information to gain weight at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

Well, eating carbs always does the trick, as well as sugary foods. Also, this may sound weird, but drinking beer, while ingesting a few table spoons of sour cream adds weight quickly. I know one woman who did this to gain some weight and it worked.
