The financial aid director! While I was in college, my funding was taken away (I received the form letter on Christmas Eve and was an HONORS student---so it wasn't GPA). I repeatedly called the director, stopped by the office and he NEVER returned my call. POOR customer service. Yes, we (the students) are customers.

I know this is harsh but... they only cater to the poor with children. They need to look at how hard you are working not how many children you can have before highschool is over... and how many guys you can have the children with.

Everything! To begin, I would make sure all the employees were educated, could communicate and were friendly.

They move too slowly and there answer to everything is "Fill out the FAFSA".
