i have liked this guy for three years now but i have never had a proper coversation with him. its always hi and bye .at first i thought it was a crush three years ago but then this love for him wouldn't let go of me i don't know whether he likes me back. and i dont want to talk to him in front of his freinds just incase i make a fool of myself what should i do?

well if you have fallen in love..then...you'll have serious wounds, scars and acouple of black and blues....stretigically placed along your arms....from trying to stop your fall...so if you don't have any of these....then the likelihood is that you haven't "fallen in love"...that hole is pretty deep and dangerous....who would ever want to fall in.....

I hate to sound like such a gadfly but how on earth do you love someone you have only said hi and bye to? That's an infatuation maybe (3years borders on obsession-how are your hormones!) This guy could be absolutely anything and you wouldn't know! He might put on a clown suit and chase cats around the streets at 2 am. He might sit at home and fantasise about being Catherine Hepburn. He might spend his free time rearranging his Barbie collection! The point is, you don't know. And life is simply too short to wait in the wings for something to happen.Talk to him! Ask him out ! Who cares? All you have to lose is ,well, maybe 3 MORE years!

I honestly would hold off for a sec. If you haven't said more than Hi and Goodbye, it makes me wonder what you find attractive about him, other than looks. Dont get me wrong, you may have seen how he acts with others; however, you don't really know him. You obviously haven't had a convo with him. Try talking to him for real and see what happens. Put yourself in his shoes, if a guy you only ever said hi and goodbye for three years came up to you and told you that he loved you, how would you feel? A little weird and maybe freaked out? Talk to him and see where it goes.

Believe me- you will know if you fall in love, you just know. You most probably do not want 2 hear this, but here goes: You are not in love (yes, scream @ me all u want), it is called infatiation, sometimes when we can not have something or it is not in our reach we women yearn for it or daydream about this person & it starts becoming a habit...... a habit of believing u have this major crush. As I said: YOU WILL KNOW! But what u r doing now is like a game (cat & mouse)-

if youve held a steady relationship of talking with him for a while then there is obviously something there, and he finds you a nice person and an interesting one to talk to! i think you should suggest a lunch dat, or maybe a dinner date, get to know him more on a boyfriend relationship level. have fun! and dont be scared, if he isnt the one, there are other men out there and you will find the one....gd luck =)

are you able to text him, do you have his email address, if not and you know where he works try and find out his fone number, call him on some pretext or excuse, arrange to meet for coffee, or for a walk in the park. If you don't progress the conversation you will never know if he likes you, he may be shy too. Take the plunge and go for it.

3 years is pretty long. If you really like the person say it, in front of him, loud. Have you ever wonder if you are not that chicken to say what's in your heart... you might be celebrating now you 3rd year anniversary? Love is so special and it is very mean to keep it.

When you fall in love, you might not even no it. I don't think you love this guy but just have a really big crush on him. Anyway, it will some how fall into place when you love someone.

Well me being in love would know, that when your in love, butterflies in your stomach to the point were your afraid to talk to him that you will screw it up, Even you thinking that your not sure if he likes you or not shows that you r in love.To make him like you back,find out more about him, wat he likes, his favorite food, his favorite music. Let him see you likening these things and after he sees that you both have a lot in common. just wink at him
from a distance.
