There are lot of brands out there that do SD cards, and I need someone to tell me the best SD card to buy for the money its worth.

I am looking for a 2GB SD card for a Nikon S9 Digi camera - There seems to be lots of choices on Amazon, but cannot make my mind up on which to buy.

I have a Kingston. It happened to be the Fry's special at the time.

The fast speed cards are good if you want to shoot rapid mode (as in DSLRs). For most, the standard stuff is good enough.

I have lost a few shots using my old sandisk (ie. lines shifted in the stored image.) It was rare, but it happens. I have not seen this problem since I started using the Kingston.

Back in the days when I used my old compact camera which used SmartMedia, I had memory errors using the cheap no-name (I mean really no-name...not even small name) memory. I try to steer away from those these days.

how about calling the corporation and complaining, and getting a sparkling one to interchange it!? I dont trust the slider is meant to interrupt. I keep in recommendations even as i develop into little and wanted to record MTV, I used previous tapes and coated the perimeters with tape. perhaps attempt that? cover the hollow with tape and take a %, if it extremely works.. tremendous. If no longer.. im out of recommendations. sorry!

I have bought Sandisk Ultra II and Extreme cards previously. I think they are one of the best and fastest.

The cheapest is the best. Anyone who says they can actually see a visibly noticeable difference in performance between cards is full of it.
