Typed "winening" in search engine and it seems many people using that word.
I couldn't find the definition from anywhere.
I'm just guessing that it's some kind of noise.
It's not "Wining" or "Winning"

No More ... Is it possible this is just a "typo"?

The links you're finding as you search for this could easily be from many other people who've used a misspelled word in their web pages. Make sense?

Are you trying to spell "whinnying?" That describes someone who is annoying and is always crying. It is also a sound uttered by a horse. Otherwise, I really don't know what "winening" means.

Sorry.
