I think you should be asking your girlfriend this sort of question. Find out ow many times (if at all) she is comfortable with. In my experience a busy monday to friday week can be exhausting and depending on your hours it really can take it out of you to have sex every night in the week too! Maybe go for twice a week and then at the weekends spice it up a bit as you will have more time and energy!

You dont need to plan to have sex with your g/f. It should just happen. If you want to do something cute you can set the alarm a little early in the morning so that you have time to cuddle and see if it will lead to something. My man and I do that al the time.
Also sex happens naturally as wel. My man and I will start kissing just to kiss and it will lead to it.
So love as often as you guys feel fit.

i'd say an average couple make love 3-4 times a week and this wud be classed as a healthy relationship
