Why doesnt it go like from postal code to address? for example,
"TVO Kids, Box 200, Station Q, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M4T 2T1" turned into "M4T 2T1, Canada, Toronto, Station Q, Box 200, TVO Kids"?

Postal codes don't always denote one building. Maybe it's merely convention which determines what is written first.

In some parts of the world, people are always addressed by their surnames first.
