Here is a list of vitamins and dietary supplements I currently take. I was wondering what you all think about this....Too Much? Not enough? Need something else? Get rid of something?

Vitamin C = 500mg
Calcium = 300mg
Super B Complex
Vitamin E = 200iu
B-12 = 500mcg
Vitamin A = 8000iu
Vitamin D = 400iu
Omega 3 Fish Oil = 1200mg (I take this one with dinner)

I take these every morning with breakfast. This seems to be the best combination for me, but if anyone has any suggestions, I would be very appreciative.

Thanks

Not an expert on the subject, but I like the idea of supplementing for good and preventive health. I get confused with all the benefits of all the many vitamins. But, I would make sure that you are not taking too much of any one vitamin/supplement via research. I'm wondering if your Super B complex has some of the other supplements/vitamins that you take already in it.

Your nutrition routine isn't a nutrition routine. it will make you income weight... do not devour eggs and beacon each day!!!!! Eggs are good once a week. Viscount St. Albans may be eaten once each and every 2 weeks. Swich the milk for water. it will make noit favor to drink allot throughout paintings or college. Rice is nice. devour tuna once a week. try a sandwich or something else for lunch. The carrots are good. do not devour a million/2 pound of purple meat for dinner. devour that for lunch as a change. i ought to eliminate the purple meat each day because it isn't healthy. The orange is healthy. try eating the patato for lunch too. upload extra end result and vegatables. i am hoping this enables.
