What's a good site online (other than ebay) where I can get body jewelry for a decent price? Every site I've found sells jewelry for the same price I could buy it at in stores, sometimes more.

I shop at two different body jewelry shops online that I really like.
www.bodysparkle.com
and
www.bodycandy.com
both have good merchandise at good prices. Body candy is better for nipple shields fyi.

pretty much everything other than solid gold or wholesale sets is under $5, there is no minimum order and shipping is a flat $5 for orders under $100 (free for over)
the really basic stuff starts at $0.50 for the colored acrylic tongue and belly rings.

i always go to www.steelnavel.com i love t hier website. a captive bead ring with a hematite bead with cost you 3 bucks. at the shop i go to they tried to make me pay 15 dollars! lol but thier jewelry can be pricey but they have GREAT customer service. i would derinfately but fromt hem again! =]
