The answer is "yes".
Anything that's over the limit, does hurt in a way or another.
Take supplements, considering the meaning of the word: something "extra"; when you do not get from your diet all the neccesary components, you may add supplements.
When your work or physical exercise is extreme and for a long period of time, use supplemets.
Otherwise, do not belive in them too much!

If you eat a good variety of all types of food you should not need a vitamin supplement.
As you get older your body does not absorb all the nutrients properly and a multi-vitamin may help, consult your doctor!

Absdolutely, too much creatine can damage kidneys, too much iron damages the liver, there are all sorts of ways to kill yourself with supplements. Just take a multivitamin a day and it should suffice.

As long as you are taking the recommended amount, you should be fine. Your body gets rid of what it doesn't use.
