I have tried every diet pill you can imagine that you can buy at like WalMart... I want an appetite suppressant and more energy. Has anyone tried a great one?

I really don't think any of them work. If you are really overweight, your doctor can give you something to help you though.

A really simple way to lose some weight fast though:

Try to cut 500 calories a day out of whatever you normally eat. Just keep an eye on how much you are taking in. Don't drink sodas or eat empty calories, because they add up like crazy.

I read that 3000 calories equal 1 pound of fat. So, if you can cut back here and there, you may be surprised how it works.

The other thing if you really want to see results is, just life very light weights. Do three fasts reps of 20. It wouldn't take you more then 20 mins. If you are into it, a little cardio wouldn't hurt too maybe 3 times a week.

if you want a pill or something that will work to burn fat then dont go to wallmart or the local store go to a company that specialises only in this type of product. if you want to improve your health generally, lose weight and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details (you must be over 18 and you’ll need a debit or credit card-or someone who can help you) page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing. Try them you won’t be disappointed. I even started to use their skin care range last year and my skin is in such good condition now

Diet pills aren't good for you. You may lose weight but once your off he pilss then your going to start gorging. Diet pills shouldn't be on the market. Instead of trying to diet try this. Buy a vegetarian cook book or just stop eating meats that's the biggest problem with people who try to diet. Once you go vegetarian you'll feel a lot better, getting rid off all those toxins out of your body. I know I did. The good thing about being a vegetarian you don't need to think about how much your your eating since there is no fat.

You want an appitite supressant and more energy, you can't have both. You need food for energy, reduce your meat in take. Eat about half to 1/3rd of the meat and in a few months you'll see a difference, with out starving your self on a yo yo diet. Diet pills should be banned

I've used adipex-p for a while, and I've lost about 40 pounds. It's a little bit speedy at first, but that effect began to wear off for me after the first month. It still gives me pep, but I think it's mostly an appetite suppressant. I take the 37.5 mg tablets, so that I can divide them: 1/2 in the a.m., and 1/2 an hour before lunch. Also, I've noticed a difference between the name brand and the generic (phentermine). They are only available by prescription, though.

It's worth noting that when I've let my Rx lapse, though it takes about 7 to 10 days to "adjust," I think I'm actually happier and more energetic when I'm NOT on the drug. Probably because I sleep better. In any case, I have 10 more pounds to go and then I'm done with them. I'm using the last two months of Rx to practice getting into a routine of eating better, and working out (just completed my sixth week of working out regularly!)

One more thing: I believe this drug was half of the controversial "fen-phen" debacle, for what it's worth.

Hope this helps.

There is NO effective diet pill. They may work for a short time but all have side effects and when your body is used to them they don't work any more. They lower your metabulism cause problems with brain function and no one should be taking them.
If your energy is low see your doctor for a check up. To drop weight see a nutrionist and a weight trainer and eat 3 balanced meals a day.

Eat less, exercise more. Diet pills don't work. They just put chemicals in your body. Try vitamins for energy and water to fill you up. Good luck.

I've only tried Hydroxycut for a little while and I noticed my appetite actually increase if you can believe it. So I stopped taking it and never tried another one since.

You shouldn't eat diet pills to lose weight or whatever your intentions in eating them are. You could kill yourself by eating them. Just do it the old fashioned way.
