I know that incline bench and incline presses work, but this is one of my weak areas and I want to know how to really shock it.

You need to be doing incline barbell presses as your first chest exercise after your warmup, instead of flat bench or dips. To really get a good upper pec workout try doing incline cable flyes. Get on an incline bench between two pulleys that are on the lowest position and do a flyes like you had dumbells. The cables will give you resistance all the way through the motion which dumbells can't. Hold at the top for one second and go down slow and controlled.

Do 2-3 sets of some variation of the bench press, but use weight so that you will reach muscular failure between 4-6 repititions.

go to gym or if u have weights lay on your back and keep lifting the weights straight up from your chest straight up keep doing that for a chest bulk up.

are you male or female?? a simple rubber strap or tubeing pulled wide apart will do, if your a female I could send ya a pic of my hand so you can judge the"possiable fit" or even my lips!!
