"One can not..." and... I think the last word has a typo. I think it should be "langar". This verb can mean "pass, hand over" or "peddle, push".

Man orkar inte längre = One can't make it any longer; one can't bear it any longer; one hasn't the energy or the strength to go on any longer.
Brahe is right that there is a typo in the last word, but the correct word is längre.
