I have some lovely trendy glasses, buy 1 one pair and get a free pair from Specsavers. I use daily contacts (buy 10 pairs monthly for sport). This works out well for me at a cost of £8.00 per month.
Eat lots of greens, they contain lots of vitamins along with carrots. A good healthy diet does helps.
I hope your squint disappears soon!

This is a possibility. Do you work for long time in front of PC? squint is a condition where you eventually blink less and this can lead to dry eye.
If you have this condition you can purchase an over the counter product to help.
I would suggest however that you have an eye test to find out if you do or are nearing such a condition. Good luck
