Can I recite the Holy Quran from memory while laying on bed?

I think you have asked this out of respect as to whether without properly sitting or in standing position i.e when you go to sleep and laying on the bad, can Quran be recited ?

Yes, definitely you can recite the surahs which you can remember no matter you are healthy or not.

Even a full prayer can be performed symbolically on a bad if you are ill or not healthy.

Ofcourse you can brother, you should do it all the time to keep the Qur'aan remembered in your head. But you can't recite it in toilets or the places like that. Other than that, you can recite it when you want to.
