Boiled chicked
Steamed Vegetables
Frozen Grapes
Lots of water
There is a tea called Diet Slim. I but it at the Asian Market. It has helped mne to lose about 20 pounds in two months along with the diet above and exercise. It has not caffeine and works wonders!
Keep a picture of your goal weight on your fridge, in your car, in your wallet/purse, etc. and ask yourself if it's worth it everytime you go to splurge.
Write down what you eat so that you have to take responsibility for everything you put in your mouth.
Eat to fuel your body! Not to entertain it!
GL!

I recently added DDR (I'm over 50) to my nutrition regime. People tend to be surprised that I chose this kind of strenuous exercise but it's fun...and that's usually what's missing in an exercise regime. I cut out sugar and alcohol and bad carbs and I exercise every day. I've lost 8 pounds in the last two weeks. Continued exercise should make the rate of my weight loss continue as well. I want to lose at least 8 more before February 18th. The DDR is a great way to track the calories you burn while you're having fun. Watch your calorie intake and your calorie burn...do the math...you'll lose and have fun. The advantages of DDR are that you probably have some kind of gaming system in your home anyway, you can do this in a relatively small space and easily put it away when you're done so it doesn't become part of the furniture, and you don't need special shoes or clothing. I do it when I get home from work and change into my comfies. Usually the house is cold when I get home and this warms me up without having to turn the heat up...later I can settle in with a good book.

Any exercise can burn a lot of calories - it's all up to you and what you put into it. Everything from weight lifting (muscle burns more calories) to aerobics to walking. Every activity you do throughout the day will burn some. To increase the burn - increase YOUR intensity. You can take a casual walk around the block or make it a power walk by bringing along some weights, doing various isometric moves etc....
Craving reduction - Isagenix worked for me. Part of the program includes some Nutritional Snacks - small chocolate tablets that you dissolve in your mouth (they are also chewable if you prefer). They are small and when I first saw them I though "yeah right like this will do anything:. But the reality is they do work. My mother even tried them - just the snacks not the whole program and says they do end the unhealthy snack cravings.
also increase your water intake to a minimum of 1/2 your body weight in ounces i.e. if you weigh 160lbs drink at least 80 ounces a day.

if you want to improve your health generally, lose weight and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details (you must be over 18 and you’ll need a debit or credit card-or someone who can help you) page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing. Try them you won’t be disappointed. I even started to use their skin care range last year and my skin is in such good condition now

One of the best ways to burn a lot of calories is to join a martial arts class...it's excellent exercise and you learn some self defense at the same time! You could easily burn 600-700 calories in an hour! Good luck.

Drink lots of water and exercise. Eat three meals a day. Watch your calorie entake. No snacks (unhealthy), NO SWEETS and NO SODAS!!!!
I lost 22 pounds in 6 weeks. I ate 1000-1500 calories a day (which isnt healthy) and drank only water or diet green tea. I ran in the mornings and exercised in the evenings.
Writing down what you eat really helps! You dont realize how much you eat until you write it down!!!

Keep it to 1200 calories per day; eat lots of veggies and proteins. Cardio for at least 30 minutes (up to an hour) 3-5 days per week. Strength training 2-3 days per week. Once you get off the sugars, your cravings will subside. It takes a lot of willpower, but it can be done! ;-D

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

eat fruit they have there own sugar's but that OK because that's the kind for your body needs and uses, eat a good bit of salads instead of burgers/fries when you hungry like for lunch and most of all at super alot of people don't think about this but you shouldn't stuff yourself i drink plenty of water at least one glass of ice water before super ice cold water helps burn calories faster because your body needs to work harder to make it your body temp.
