Okay, ppl did not read the entire question.
There are some churches and some mosques in this city.
Try there, first.
I think that there is an orphanage, but it might not be in that city.
It might be in Lahore.
I don't know.
I was looking up WVI, world Vision the other day and there is an agency in Pakistan.
But, I don't htink that it is in your city.
I am not too fond of WVI because of there many restrictions on their donors.
But, it is worth a try.
I know someone in hiderabad that I could ask.

Good will, also in some resale shops and thrift stores the money goes towards charities or orphanages, preganacy aid centers ect.

There are usually lots of charities that take clothing. Why don't you check your yellow pages and call them.
