no it is not ok to kill , but even god killed millions of people in the bible , for example , like as in the story noahs arch, god wiped out all of mankind and his creatures to start a fresh, bearing this in mind, with out evil there is no good and with out good there is no evil , if one of these factors is missing then which one do we call evil or good, the man who is evil thinks in his mind he is doing good and vise a versa, diplomacy can only be gained by men who truly seek peace for the better of all mankind, this is called being civilised, but unfortunatly most men are naturally greedly, one must only kill as a last resort in order to defend ones self or those who cant defend themsleves from harm, as long as men stay materialistic then he will always kill to covert his neihbours property.

It sure is okay to slaughter people that wish to slaughter you, or who attacked you in the past. Unless a person is a stupid idiot.
It is not okay to slaughter people BECAUSE they have a different god, but its a different critter if they are going to do us harm.
Diplomacy is great, but some people don't wanna talk, they want to kill your family. People better wake up. These folks training with sub machine guns are not preparing those weapons so that they can have a fire-side chat with you.

Killing someone isn't always evil. Sometimes it's necessary.
Defending yourself against someone is entirely permissible, as is killing those who are murdering others. God commands us to resist evil, so if someone is doing evil, we need to stop them. If that means killing them, sobeit. They shouldn't have been doing evil in the first place.
Should we do nothing about genocide? If I were granted command of an army, I'd have no problem going throughout the world, killing any group of ppl doing those kinds of things. If you're murdering someone, you deserve death. That's God's Law. Why should we allow someone to live when they'll murder people? Killing may be regrettable, but sometimes it is necessary.
"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." Edmund Burke

Apparently we must only kill in defense of our lives, and then only if by accident or by no choice of our own. This method is not usually as effective as the frequent show of power in order to intimidate the enemy into thinking twice about F**kin' with ya'. Do what you gotta do and live with the consequences. Don't worry about what you or others believe, do what works to preserve peace and possibly make a friend out of an enemy.

There is never a good reason to violate someone elses rights, men or women. That is why they hide under the guise of religion to justify thier actions. Thier "god" has made them self righteous. Paybacks just keep the cycle of war going.

it is always better to get along if possible, however, if you know a man is going to rape and kill your daughter, God gave you the instinct to stop the act at all costs, and any parent who has been in that situation will tell you that the instinct that God gave them extends to killing the attacker!!

Anyone motivated to start wars (for unjust causes) or do evil because God told them to is a
LIAR.
And God isn't fooled by hypocrites.

The obediant servant to God needs to stone the non-believer. Unless of course God changed its mind.
