What a great idea when it's zero outside. Brrrrrrrrrrrr. I like to drizzle boneless skinless chicken breasts with olive oil and then rub grill seasoning on both sides and then grill on my grill pan. This is super easy and really lets the flavor of summer hit your taste buds. Another easy way is to quickly marinate your chicken in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic and fresh thyme. It can hang out in the marinade for as little as 10 minutes and your chicken will come out juicy and flavorful. For four chicken breasts I use about 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/3 cup oil oil, two to three crushed cloves of garlic, and two to three stems of thyme stripped off of the stem. You can always substitute dried thyme and use 1/2 tsp. Good luck!
