products like Crest Whitestrips and AquaFresh Whitetrays are shown to whiten your teeth significantly, in a short era of time. It merely expenditures round $30, and also you merely ought to positioned the strip/tray on your teeth for roughly 1/2-hour two times an afternoon, and after a week, bada bing! White teeth. It sounds loopy yet i understand many human beings that've used them and gotten tremendous outcomes.

First brush your teeth with tooth paste then take a lemon cut it in half and rub it on your teeth, this should bleach them. Don't do this too often as it may effect the enamel. Maybe once a month.

soak my toothbrush in baking soda to keep it clean and fresh. I use baking soda in my bath. Keeps my skin nice and soft. (Even my elbows.)
Baking Soda is a great teeth whitener. Sprinkle a little on your toothbrush before the paste goes on.
Baking soda is also great to use as a toothpaste/mouthwash. Just wet your toothbrush, dip in baking soda and brush. Or dissolve a little in warm water and gargle. NOT FOR EVERYONE, but if you add just a little peroxide to you baking soda and brush with it, it will help whiten teeth.

First use a pre-rinse. Then use baking soda. Mix it with a little water then put it on the your brush. After that brush with your regular tooth paste. It works very well, but it tastes nasty.
