I had the problem years ago, it cleared up with bike fit.

Try to move in the saddle during the rides. If you're climbing, move forward, when descending move rearward.

Also, a different saddle might help. I wouldn't say get a gel or very padded saddle, since those actually end up causing more pain than help. There are different width saddles, and maybe getting the right one will do wonders. What could help you is know how wide your sit bones are. Specialized has this special cushion or contraption in some stores that has a plastic surface, where you sit down and the sit bones make an impresion, and you just measure that. Most common saddle widths are like 130,140 and 150.

Also, some saddles have a groove or a hole in the middle, that might also help.
