Every morning, and I mean every morning I get a strange sikness and it is of great diffululty to eat breakfast. Even sometimes I throw-up after having only eaten a single mouth-full of cereal. I am somewhat worried about this, does anybody have ANY idea about what this could be?

well, I guess there are a few things it could be,but definatly go tot he doctors and get yourself checked out.
You could be pregnant, you could have a lot of acid build up in your stomach, early morning food may just not be what you need..
You could also have problems going on with your sinuses. If you have alergies or asinus infection or post nasal drip - the mucous from your sinuses drain down your throat, and when you have a large buildup of this and you try to eat, your gag reflex can kick in and cause you to get sick

You could be pregnant.
or
Are you having any heavy / fatty stuff for dinner the previous night AND do you go to bed as soon as you have eaten ? Do you eat too late in the evening?
or
you have some worry on your mind that's making you quite sick in the subconcious level. [sic]

You could possibly have too much acid/bile in your stomach. If you eat right after you wake up in the mornings, could be one problem. (Especially with milk or dairy products on your cereal)
