i have an athletic body, i eat healthy, everything else is good, but i want one of those cute little "white girl" butts, you know the small package that cheerleaders have? boys like it just the way it is but i don't like them staring all day...help??

you cant really target weightloss like that, it sounds like thats how your built and it would always be big even if you lost weight. i have a smallish ars.e and i want it bigger but weight just doesnt go there its sooo anoying. what uv got sounds good b happy with it.

You were born with this butt .... you could walk or run 5 miles a day .... it will help a little but you will still have that booty-licious- butt like Jay lo ...
I know we all want what we don't have or want to change what we do have ....if we have straight hair we want curly hair and vs a verse ... but you have what a lot of men like ... I don't know how old you are but what you don't like today .... you maybe grateful for tomorrow .... I know I use to hate being so tall ...I was 5'10" in grade 9 and always felt stupid because people thought I was older than I was and it made me feel like I had to meet their expectations but now I'm very grateful for my height ....I also always had what they considered a big butt .. I'm white .. and I got a black girls butt ... and I hated it too .. but I'm loving it now ...

Oh ... but I do know how you feel cause I had one other thing that drove me crazy in high-school I had big boobs .. and guys would always stare at them ...and it drove me crazy ... so I do know where you coming from ... teenage years is when estrogen runs rampant in a young girls body ... some get bigger boobs and others get others gain weight or some get zits its different for everyone ....it will all calm down .... just think positive thoughts and it will all change in time ...don't go under the knife if you are only 16 or 18 ..wait til your body is fully grown because things do change .. your body will change and your mind will too ....so just hang in there til after 21 ...and all things will work out ....

If you've had a big butt your whole life then you better get use to it, it's not going anywhere, it may get smaller along with the rest of your body but the proportion will always stay the same unless you get plastic surgery. Big butts are finally instyle; Why in the world would someone would want to get rid of it. So many white women are dying to have what you've got.
If you had a jaguar but hated people staring at you because of it would you trade someone for thier barely working rusted our pick up truck? Never.
Love what you have, I'm sure you're very beautiful. So people stare, obviously someone didn't teach them how to treat women with respect.

Hey everyone wants one of those and they can have one..... I used to do personal training and the best exercise that you can do for your butt is squats, use a 45 Pound dumb bell and maybe some weights one either side support weigh with arms and shoulders. Tip: don't let weight lay on your shoulders support it. Legs should be shoulder width apart, squat down like your going to sit on the edge of a chair 9just like your sitting down) don't let your knee's extend over your toes (you could pull something) do 3 reps of 10 3 to 4 times a week you can even increase the weight if it feels like you have mastered the weight you started with. And in a couple weeks you'll begin to see that your getting that cute little cheerleader butt you've always wanted!!!!

I'm with you, but other than surgery, I think we are stuck with it....

You can either embrace it and love your shape... I have days when I do, or like on the days when I do not, dress to minimize it...

Pants with wide waistbands and a wide belt help, also a shirt that is fitted in the waist but comes down to half of your bottom helps too.

There are a lot of those cheerleader type who would kill for what you have...

I say make it work for you by wearing clothes that flatter the whole shape of your body.

I know what u talking about i have one of those that stand out too. I don't know my butt use to be bigger but i exercise regularly i went down some but it just shaped it even more. U will just have to deal with it. On days that i think it is to noticeable i don't wear jeans that will show it off i just throw on some sweat pants not huge ones but ones maybe a half a size bigger or a whole size bigger, this helps me. Also when wearing jeans or any pants don't wear the short jackets that just come to your waist this makes your booty look more round and succulent because the waist of the coat sits on the top of your booty.LOL

Athletic bodies are nice! Have you seen the fitness models lately?! They have ample booty and it looks awesome! If you are a bit overweight, which you could be even if you eat healthy and workout, you will prolly lose some of your butt if you lose weight.
Squats and lunges will shrink it, but you will still keep the muscle which gives it its shape!

wear a skirt. a lot of times. cheerleaders wear skirts and it looks cute with a skirt. and try not eating too much eat 7 different foods a day. and if you'd like to eat something good go to myfoodpyramid.com it really helps and try wearing cute skirts not ugly ones. and ask a cheerleader to help you out. one that is nice and pretty. my friends are popular and so am i but were nice and everyone knows that. so just eat foods at myfoodpyramid.com!

That's the shape of your butt. You are athletic so if you're in good shape there is nothing wrong with it. Guys like a heathy booty anyway! Don't lie and say you don't like guys to stare at your butt, when you know you do! You wouldn't like it if no one looked at it! If it looks good, it looks good!

Try pilates, it tones and lengthens you muscles instead of making them larger. Thus creating a lengthier body rather than a wider body. Also yoga is good for toning and shaping instead of growing.
