I wish I knew. It is amazing sometimes how you ladies can sit
and look at a guy, and give him the run around. And seem not
to be interested. Ok, the Sexy Librarian is just staring at me,
ever since I got in this room. I mean, she has a boyfriend, and
all, but she seems to be watching me more than ever !! When
I asked her out, its like it went to her head or something. Now
I can't stop her from talking to me, and gawking for that matter.
She obviously thinks I am an attractive guy. No she is not
looking at the guy behind me, or beside me. She is looking
right at me !!! Every time she gets a chance.... What does
she want from me, ladies. Please hit me up immediately !

She's flattered you asked her out and is using that as leverage, knowing you find her attractive. She thinks it's a game. Play a little hard to get back, and see what happens.

Sounds like she wants a one night stand. She has a boyfriend which is a no-no. To let her know you are not interested you can ignore her or give the cold shoulder. Even better if you have a girl that is a good friend you and her can go there and be sitting together acting al lovey dovey and she will get the hint.
Then again there is my main answer that honesty is best policy and tell her straight up that you are not interested anymore that things wont work out.
