use body scrub.
u can try rubbing ur elbows with a lemon peel before taking a bath.the results will show in a week or so.
and as per keeping ur dry skin moist try to use a mild soap preferably an oil/glycerine based soap.
try to apply a mositurizer immediately on ur skin after a bath because skin is soft and supple after a shower and the moisturizer will be retained in the skin and keeps it soft.

Use potato juice to clean your elbows as it will not only clean but lighten the darkness of elbows and for moistening use milk cream.
You can try a pack as good moisturizer, i have tested it on harsh winters and really it works. Take 2 tablespoons of curd, 2 tablespoons of banana pulp and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix it thoroughly and apply it. Let it stay for 10-15 mins and wash it with lukewarm water and then touch your skin, you will feel the wonderful difference.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil and thats not a joke. Use it sparingly, rub it in and you will have nice skin. Cheap compared to moisturizers and does a better job.
